In 2007 I had the greatest opportunity of my life to work with Mr. Rock Canda on making a change in my life. Coming out of Louisiana I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Mr. Canda assured me that there was a lot to see and that he was sure that he could find something that would catch my interest. Little did I know at the time, that he would eventually "ROCK" my world. He left no question unanswered, even as to the history of the property he eventually sold me. Rest assured that if you are interested in the exact boundaries of a piece of property, he will walk EVERY inch of it with you. You may as I did, have to ask him to slow down a bit as he does have a long stride. My fiancé and I are truly impressed with the views of the Sangre De Cristos and the wildlife on the property. This purchase surpassed my own imagination. I thank Mr. Canda for his time and patience and will recommend him to anyone buying or selling. He is very informative of the area and has a heart of gold.

We wish to commend Robyn Canda for her outstanding work on our behalf last year in helping us purchase our land. As you are no doubt aware, the land went under contract in early September, 1996 and took more than three months to complete all transactions.
Not withstanding Robyn being the Buyer's Broker, she went out of her way to research our every question, line up an appraisal and well certification, check with Custer County and the title company on land egress issues and communicate the answers she obtained.
We feel Robyn devoted more the usual amount of time and energy to this project and kept us informed each step of the way. When the land egress issue arose, she did her very best to amve at solutions to the problem instead of just giving up. We have enclosed an "award" which we would like presented to her as a very small token of our appreciation to her.
One or the other of us will be in Westcliffe in the early spring to set up residence on the property and look forward to thanking Robyn in person. In the meantime we want you to extend her our sincere thanks for a job well done.

We bought our very first property from Robyn Canda in 1995. From our initial meeting, we found Robyn to be accommodating, hard working, and full of energy. She treated us as important clients but also as friends. Her willingness to ensure our happiness in doing business with Coldwell Banker resulted in our purchasing six more properties—among them a beautiful log-sided home in Rosita Hills where we reside today. “We have had three property transactions that were handled by Rock and Robyn Canda.
We first met Robyn Canda when a friend recommended her to us, when we were first interested
in purchasing property in the Wet Mountain Valley of Southern Colorado. Robyn assisted us with
the purchase of two vacant land parcels, and both Rock and Robyn participated in the sale of one
of those properties.
Robyn worked tirelessly as she spent untold hours showing us many parcels of land. She listened
to what features we were interested in and those were the parcels she showed us. Since we came
from out of town, she worked late into the night with us as we hammered out the details of a sales
contract, making sure we understood all of the legalese and were comfortable with all of the terms.
She never hesitated to “run those corners” to determine and confirm the boundaries of a given parcel. We were always amazed at her energy level and fitness to be able to do this so effortlessly.
Robyn would show us properties that didn’t exactly have a road right up through the middle of it, but
would put the vehicle in 4-wheel drive, and say.. “looks like a road up through here”… which would
enable us to appreciate the true, glorious features and best views that that parcel had which we might
not have seen from its perimeter road. This served to remind us that if we planned to build our house
away from the edge of the road, we’d needed to see it from that vantage point.
Rock was involved with one of our sales transactions, and came to our defense and protection when
an unpleasant situation occurred between us and an unreasonable buyer’s agent.
These two are truly an unstoppable team. They temperments compliment each other, and they really
know the Real Estate business, inside and out. We’d recommend Rock and Robyn Canda to anyone;
they’re the best in the valley.”
